Served in a shaker pint glass. On Tap.

The first of our three-part into to Tighthead during their debutante party at the Firkin. It pours a clear brass-gold topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises sweet flowers, light wheat, very light grass, and very light caramel. It comes together as a calm, pleasant aroma, if not one of the strongest ones around. The taste brings in more of the same, with the flowers and caramel really dancing well together. Once again, the mixture isn’t a potent one, but a pleasant one. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. Overall, not the most exciting brew in the world, but it’s seriously easy-going, and I could easily see myself downing several in one sitting without ever being upset. Good times.
